Working with Event Planners

We produce most of our Dueling Piano Show. However, we do work with Event Planners. An Event Planner has to manage all the details and carry the burden of getting the event right.

Reputation is everything. We understand. It is for us also. Running the event smoothly is good for everyone.  A good Event Planner or Event Coordinator develops a sixth sense anticipating things before they happen and prevents the problem. Staying calm even when a crisis arises so the client never even knows there was a problem or if they do they will reflect your mood of calmness knowing the problem is being taken care of.

We strive to be easy to work with especially since some clients are not.

All American Dueling Pianos Creates a sense of unity among everyone!

 

The power of live music. I have seen this first hand over and over at our dueling piano shows. The audience and performers all interact and vibrate together. The people in the audience, all vibrating at the same time, set up a powerful overriding vibration that is the sum of all. The quality of the performance is determined by the quality of the audience’s vibration. Since everyone is vibrating together, there is no difficulty for each individual to enter into the flow of the music. This is not the same experience with recorded music.

Dueling Pianos in Kankakee

It is always nice to do a show for a repeat client. This is the 3rd year in a row we did a show for Aquinas Catholic Academy in Kankakee.

This is how you cut loose and have some real fun!

 

 

 

 

 

 

There were 280 people in attendance. The parents and all the volunteers were all so nice and thoughtful. It is nice to see parents and teachers and staff who are so dedicated to taking care of the children have a chance to relax, cut loose and have some real fun.

This is one way to make someone feel special!

 

 

 

 

 

Also, thank you to the Knights of Columbus in Kankakee IL for providing funds for an extra half hour of playing time!

We just booked 2 – count ‘em TWO – weddings today. They are both for the same day May 12th, 2012. Both weddings are in the Chicago area.

I love weddings. In the first place, you know the bride is cool if she wants dueling pianos for wedding music at her reception.

But most importantly, everyone loves weddings.

It is one of the happiest days in anyone’s life. Even families who don’t get along, get along for at least a few hours. But everyone always have fun at a wedding. And it is an honor to be invited into such an intimate family gathering to perform live music.
